I think it's so important to talk about those we have lost, and to keep them close and include them, because it's so beautiful to honour them and remember them. I find that people don't know what to say when we are grieving but actually getting the chance to talk about who we've lost can be really comforting. Sending you love xx
Thank you, it’s so true. I think it’s so important to talk openly. I find that when that happens you often discover stories that would otherwise be left unsaid and those connections can be very powerful.
